Refund policy: if you are unhappy with the service provided please reach out within a week of service so we can discuss rescheduling a visit to come in for adjustments. Adjustments/fixes only. Refunds for deposits only given when appointment is canceled more than 24 hours in advance.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to book ANY appointment there must be a card on file as it is a courtesy to myself and my other clients on a waitlist. Any appointment not kept results in unpaid time, and unused reservation another guest could have taken, and tension in our relationship. To avoid this I kindly ask to be notified within 24 hours prior to your reserved time that you will not be able to make it. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment your card will be subjected to 50% fee of the service booked. POLICIES ARE NOT FUN. PLEASE DON'T MAKE ME USE THEM :) **I understand there are unforeseen circumstances that may hinder you from making it! (sickness, weather and accidents on the way to the studio...) I am here to work with you on any difficulties! I believe in open and honest communication, so please do not hesitate to reach out!
